About Amy

Southern Californian, through and through.

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and followed it up with a move to Los Angeles to attend USC. After receiving my undergraduate degree from the USC Marshall School of Business in Marketing, with a minor in religion, I stayed in LA and joined Party Planners West in 2010 as an assistant event coordinator. After 11 years as a full time employee, including multiple promotions to Director of Event Coordination, in 2021 I moved to contract event work.

After welcoming my son in late 2022, I am excited to be back on the events scene balancing work and family life. I was a previously nationally ranked pickleball player, and I enjoy Ping Pong, and watching new TV shows & movies at home in San Diego, CA.

Pre-Event Roles:

  • Client Management

  • Venue Pre-Event work, including contract negotiations

  • Event Lay Out, including guest flow, back of house areas

  • Travel, Hotel and Staff Contracts

  • Budget Management Across All Teams

Operational Roles:

  • Staffing Management (Both Contract and Daily Event Staff)

  • Event Wayfinding Signage including Design and Placement

  • Ticketing Plan, and Box Office Buildout (Ticketmaster)

  • Food and Beverage: Concessions and Catering

  • Security Dot Plan and Schedule Development & Review

  • NFL Credentialing & Day Pass Contact and Build Out

  • Overall Event IT Development and Plan

  • Daily Event Operations, including Special Events, Private Groups

  • Event Customer Service Team Management, including Directory, Staffing and Correspondence

  • Entertainment Management including riders, contract and on-site needs

Production Roles:

  • Event Production, including Labor and Heavy Equipment Management

  • Office & Event Buildout, focusing on Rentals and IT

  • Trucking Logistics
