I’m Amy, a multi faceted, large-scale event producer based out of San Diego, CA.

About Me

Born and raised in San Diego, California, I made my way to Los Angeles to attend USC, where I earned my undergraduate degree from the USC Marshall School of Business in Marketing.

After graduation, I stayed in Los Angeles and joined Party Planners West in 2010 as an Assistant Event Coordinator. Over the next 11 years, I grew with the company through multiple promotions, ultimately serving as Director of Event Coordination. In 2021, I made the decision to leave full-time employment and transition into contract event work.

Today, I specialize in large-scale, multi-day events ranging from 40,000 to 200,000 attendees, working across both the corporate and sports industries. I love the energy, creativity, and logistics that go into bringing complex events to life—and thrive in the fast-paced environment that comes with producing experiences of this magnitude and scale.

After welcoming my son in late 2022, I’m excited to be back in the events world while balancing my career with family life.

Outside of work, I’ve always enjoyed a little friendly competition. In 2021 and 2022, I was a nationally ranked Top 50 pickleball player, and I still love playing recreationally. I’m also always up for a competitive game of ping pong, or a night at home watching a new TV show or movie with my husband.
